Too much stress?
Money worries?
Concerns
about layoffs?
Some
or all of the above?
Working
Solutions Service recently presented a workshop at the OCSEA
convention on handling worries, stress and concerns. The presentation
included tips on dealing with common issues, and offered resources to
help when the stresses went beyond basic levels.

A few
of the articles included in the presentation were stress busting and money
matters; however, Working Solutions has a virtual library packed full
of information on these and other topics...go
to their site, and look at Today's Library for the topics that
best suit your situation.
If you'd like to talk with someone live, call Working Solutions. Their
toll-free hotlines are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including
holidays. All calls are confidential. Spanish-speaking and TDD-connected
representatives are also available. When you call, a Working Solutions

to your concerns, research the possibilities and deliver options to meet
your needs.
