ONLINE SURVEY
The Trust is driven by its members -- after all, the sole reason this
organization exists is to provide you with certain benefits. Given the structure of the Trust's leadership, we often hear from you through member
comments to the various Trustees. We also receive input from the calls and e-mails we receive within customer service. However, it's been a while
since we formally asked for your input...and we're doing so now with our online benefits survey.
The survey will be posted on the Trust's website at http://www.benefitstrust.org
sometime this fall (we'll notify you by postcard). The primary focus of the survey is your satisfaction with the benefits we provide, and the
areas in which you believe we need to focus and improve. Please complete the survey -- your responses will help us evaluate our benefits for future
open enrollment periods.
The survey will be available online only: We always try to be as inclusive as possible,
but given the rapid rate in which many members are gaining access and cost constraints, we will employ just the online survey. If you can't
participate in the survey because you don't have internet access but would like to share feedback with the Trust, please call us or talk with a Trustee;
these resources are always available.
