The Trust tries to communicate with members regularly about their benefits and services throughout the year, as well as supplying several special packets to assist members when first eligible for benefits at hire and their one-year service anniversaries.
The plan booklets were revised in October 2006 and consolidated into two books that were sent to all members on our files. Members hired thereafter by the State receive the plan booklets in the mail shortly after hire. The HIPAA notice mentioned in both booklets is posted here.
