Working Solutions offers assistance to members and families with issues that impact their lives at work and at home. Their assistance is broad, but can also be pinpointed to help you and your family with concerns you may have related to the anniversary of the attacks on America of September 11, 2001.

Working Solutions counselors are available by phone for individual support at 800-358-8515. Spanish-speaking and TDD-connected representatives are also available. When you call, a Working Solutions representative, or "family resource counselor," will listen to your concerns, research the possibilities and deliver options to meet your needs.
