Important information for Open Enrollment 2011

There are no changes to your benefits, and costs will not increase. If you are not making any changes, you do not need to do anything. If you are, you must make your changes by midnight, May 16. If you are adding dependents, you will need to provide documents to your Human Resources Representative. A list of qualifying documents and further details about dependents can be found here.

Reference cards for dental and vision plans are now available! You will need to link to the provider's site and create an account. Simply print the cards out for easy reference. Of course, cards are not required to receive services at network providers.

Supplemental Life rates have been reduced!

Rates have decreased 10% on our supplemental life plans. Your rates will automatically decrease. Here are the new rates:
