Laser Surgery Discount Program
Cole and VSP both have discount programs. Here are the details we have, and we encourage you to contact your plan for more information; remember, you are eligible for the discount program associated with your vision plan. Also, please review more on laser surgery and smart shopping before scheduling an appointment.
VSP
Discounts
"Laser VisionCare" is VSP's program, and interested members should call 888-354-4434 for information. The maximum amount members will pay for the procedure will be $1,500 per eye for PRK or $1,800 per eye for LASIK. These prices average 20-25% savings over the normal cost for the procedures.
How to use the program
- Learn more about laser vision correction.
- Call your VSP doctor to see if he or she is participating in the program. To
find a doctor, call 888-354-4434 or go to the VSP website.
- Schedule a free screening and consultation about laser vision correction with your
VSP doctor. Your doctor can also coordinate with the VSP-approved laser surgeons and centers, but it's always up to you to make sure. Finally, your
post-op care will be coordinated between your VSP doctor and the laser surgeon.
COLE
Discounts
Cole's program is offered through a partnership with LCA Vision, and interested members should contact 888-705-2020 for information. The current amount members will pay for the LASIK procedure, pre-screening and post-op care is about $1,300 per eye, based on Ohio network prices. This discounted price represents a savings of 15% off the normal LCA cost for the LASIK procedure.

- Call the special toll-free number for more information at 888-705-2020. The customer service representatives can tell you where the closest LCA-Vision surgery center is located.
- Schedule a screening and consultation about laser vision correction with the LCA doctor. All pre- and post-op will take place at the surgery center.
