The Trust publishes several booklets to assist you with the selection process
at different points in your career, such as when you're first hired or eligible for benefits. Open enrollment booklets are only available during open enrollment; the next open enrollment will occur in spring 2008.

Make sure you enroll as soon as possible, following the instructions.
The Anniversary booklet provides the forms to enroll in benefits available to members approaching
one-year of continuous State service, including:
Basic Life and Accidental Death Insurance.
While coverage under your basic life insurance plan is automatic,
you should complete and mail the beneficiary form to make sure this benefit will go to the person of your choice.
Dental and vision coverage is not automatic: to enroll, you must submit the form in this booklet to your Payroll/Personnel officer of Human Resources contact
within 31 days of the one-year anniversary date.
