Preferred Choice Dental Plan

The Preferred Choice Dental Plan is a preferred provider organization (PPO) administered by MetLife. This plan uses a network of dentists, including dental specialists like orthodontists and periodontists. When you visit a dentist in the network, you will receive better benefits — dentists in the network discount their fees and the savings are passed on to you. MetLife's network is the Preferred Dentist Program, or PDP.

This plan also allows you freedom of choice: You may visit the licensed dentist of your choice; however, you will receive a lower level of benefits than the level paid when you visit a dentist who belongs to the PDP.

Based on your ZIP code, MetLife will provide information including the network provider's name, address and telephone number. Quality Dental Plan (Indemnity)

The Quality Dental Plan, also administered by MetLife, offers you complete freedom of choice. You can visit the licensed dentist or specialist of your choice, and the plan will reimburse you up to the benefit maximum after you meet your deductible. You will receive a discount when you visit providers in the MetLife Preferred Dentist Program (PDP).
