Our Automated Phone System
The Trust uses an Interactive Voice Response system (IVR) to assist members who call Trust customer service at 614-508-2255 or 800-228-5088. The IVR allows you to check quickly for answers to our most frequently-asked questions; for an overview of the system, see the IVR Phone System Chart.
Or, you may transfer to a Trust customer service representative (available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday, but not State holidays).
The Trust offers TTY for the IVR system only (no access to customer service). The numbers for TTY are 614-508-2251 or 877-786-1642. For system navigation, review the IVR Phone System Chart.
To keep the IVR information current, there may be times when the IVR is down so that we can update your options or benefits information. In the past, we've also pulled the IVR offline to change it based on your input about its performance or ease of navigation, and we may also need to do this in the future.
